January 2024 Book GOALS

January Book Goals 2024: an image of an open book on top of a short stack of other books, on the beach.

Happy New Year glitterbugs, and welcome to my January 2024 Book Goals! We’re at the start of another year, and I am ready for all the bookish fun and fangirling. But I’m not making a lofty year goal this time around, because my 2023 idea of making a dent in my massive TBR fort? It did not happen. In fact, I added to it… But that’s okay, right? *Cue nervous laughter*

What’s on the TBR list?

I have been a lucky duck and received a number of ARCs to read, but do you want the best news? Most of those are releasing this month! Of course they are fantasy, but I’m pretty sure none of you are surprised to read that. So let’s check out the TBR list for my January 2024 Book Goals…

  • Unbound: Christy Healy
  • Wings So Wicked: Emily Blackwood
  • Queen of Gods: Katharine and Elizabeth Corr
  • The Evergreen Heir: A. K. Mulford
  • Fourth Wing: Rebecca Yarros
  • Wrath of the Damned: Ella Fields
  • Fate & Furies: Helen Scheuerer
  • Feral Guardian: Ember Holt
  • Anatomy of Songs: Megan White
  • A River of Golden Bones: A. K. Mulford

Anticipated Releases:

There are so many anticipated releases this January, so I’m going to dot point these beauties and you can mark their release dates on your calendar!

  • 1st: Wrath of the Damned: Ella Fields
  • 8th: Blood & Steel: Shana J. Caldwell
  • 12th: Wings So Wicked: Emily Blackwood
  • 16th: Unbound: Christy Healy
  • 30th: House of Flame and Shadow: Sarah J. Maas
  • 30th: Feral Guardian: Ember Holt
January Book Goals include anticipated releases! On a fiery abstract background are the cover images of 6 books. Top row: Wrath of the Damned by Ella Fields, Blood & Steel by Shana J. Caldwell, Wings So Wicked by Emily Blackwood. Bottom row: Unbound by Christy Healy, House of Flame and Shadow by Sarah J. Maas, Feral Guardian by Ember Holt.
Hands up if you’re excited about this month’s releases, because I know I am!

A number of these beauties are actually ARCs just waiting for me on my Kindle, but I can already tell you Shana J. Caldwell’s Blood & Steel is a wonderful read! It’s a dark fantasy romance full of gritty heartache, fae treachery and a desperate love… And if that intrigues you? Check out my review here!

Happy reading, glitterbugs! I hope you achieve all of your own January 2024 Book Goals, and I’m sure we’ll talk soon…
