Can you believe we’re already into August?! I realise that this means I’ve been rather slow with my July 2024 Books Recap, but I really think someone fast forwarded through the month… I blinked and ta-da, we’re already past it! So with that kind of underlying panic, it’s no surprise that I couldn’t quite match my July Book Goals. However, I *can* say that I did fairly well, considering I added two other books to my goals halfway through the month!

The favourite read for my July 2024 Books Recap was a fierce competition, but how could I go past A Legacy of Wrath and Reckoning, by indie author Victoria J. Price?! The answer is, of course, I couldn’t! Victoria never fails to delight my bookish heart, and with this epic conclusion to her NA fantasy series? I am in awe, glitterbugs. As I said in my review, there’s some authors for whom you’d take every heartache, every single speck of grief in their writing and be grateful for it. Victoria is one of these authors for me and I *desperately* need you to read her work. Please and thank you, fellow bookworms!
