I’ll be the first to admit that my September Books Recap doesn’t really resemble my September Book Goals… But I had a feeling life was going to throw a few surprises in there! For someone who struggles to pick just one favourite, I sometimes wonder why I started nominating a favourite monthly read! As much as I truly loved every single book in my September reads, the winner has to be The Soul Thief… Madeline Te Whiu has launched us into the stratosphere with the emotion, danger and level of heart in this dark fantasy sequel to The Assassin Thief! Will you need to wait until 31 October to read this beautiful book? Yes. But the great news is that this gives you enough time to read the first instalment of The Soul Thief series! I promise you’re going to love it if you adore fae, magic and a rollercoaster of an adventure. Honestly, do yourself a favour and check it out on Amazon here!
